This dip is so simple but is full of flavor and the smoked salmon gives it a gourmet feel that is sure to impress! Aaron put this dip together one night when we had a date night at home. So, this dip also works well for just those quiet nights in or for a brunch!
You can find smoked salmon either at the seafood counter or in the prepackaged area. We usually buy it in the vacuum sealed packaging and then freeze it until we have to bring an appetizer to a party.
This dip comes together easily and can be made ahead of time. Serve with a baguette, crackers, or bagel chips.
